How do you demonstrate narrative management? You operate a small country's worth of news for a public that knows it is fiction, and reads anyway.

The demonstration environment publishes daily: dispatches, approved opinion, a compliance arcade, and a national conversation conducted largely by archetype. Visitors who arrive sceptical are issued a comment section. Visitors who arrive curious are issued a file.
The environment is fully disclosed as fiction, which clients initially raise as a concern. We invite them to watch how little difference it makes.
Each morning the deployment re-arranges itself — a different lead, a different notice, a different mood — and each morning the audience reads it as the news simply having happened. This is Tier I working as designed.
We asked for the public to feel informed without becoming informed. The deployment exceeded the second requirement.
